By creating an account or using proposito.app.br, you agree to these terms. Read carefully before continuing.

1. What proposito.app.br is

proposito.app.br is a personal study platform that lets you create, organize and review notes (called "seeds") with Markdown support, knowledge areas, collections and spaced repetition. The service is offered by Leonardo Araújo, based in Gurupi, Tocantins, Brazil.

2. Who can use it

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old. By signing up, you declare that the information provided is truthful and that you will use the platform for lawful and personal purposes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities performed with your account. In case of unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contato@proposito.app.br. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

4. Your content

Everything you create on proposito.app.br — notes, annotations, collections — belongs to you. By using the platform, you grant us only the technical license necessary to store, sync and display your content to you. We do not sell, commercially analyze or share your content with third parties.

5. Permitted use

You may use proposito.app.br to study, take notes, review and organize personal knowledge. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, reverse-engineer the system, attempt to access other users' data, or intentionally overload the infrastructure.

6. Encrypted data

Fields marked as "private" — such as login, password and link notes — are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. The server cannot read the decrypted content of these fields. You are responsible for not losing your account password, as it is required to derive the decryption key.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates or temporary interruptions without prior notice. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.

8. Account termination

You can terminate your account at any time from profile settings. After termination, your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. Data cannot be recovered after this period.

9. Free plan and features

The free plan offers access to essential features with no time limit. We may introduce paid plans in the future with additional features. We will never remove features from the free plan without at least 60 days' prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

proposito.app.br is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, lost passwords or improper use of the platform. We make regular backups, but we recommend that you also export your data periodically.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, you will be notified by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the court of the district of Gurupi, Tocantins, Brazil.
